A company is looking for a Lead Executive & Equity Compensation Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Utilize market data to assess pay competitiveness and alignment with performance
Prepare materials for compensation committee meetings and assist in proxy statement disclosures
Support the administration of equity plans and provide education on compensation programs
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in compensation, FP&A, corporate accounting, or a related field
Proficiency in Excel with strong analytical and modeling skills
BA / BS degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
Experience with compensation survey data and publicly disclosed executive pay data
Understanding of SEC regulations and proxy advisor frameworks related to executive pay
