As a Picnic Counter Attendant, you help to set the tone for our guests' stay, by providing a welcoming experience and knowledge of menu and gift shop items. Counter Attendants, work in a fun fast paced environment, provide customers with exceptional service, take orders and recommend products.
Some Areas of Responsibility
- Engage with guests as they make food and beverage decisions.
- Stay up to date on menu offerings and specials.
- Complete counter orders including specialty coffee, desserts and ice cream.
- Enter orders, deliver food and beverages.
- Process payments and make change.
- Balance cash drawer and run daily reports.
- Create and nurture a fun, family-style work environment.
- Uphold our high sanitation and safety standards.
- Complete pre and post shift checklists.
- Follow scheduled shifts, break and lunch requirements.
- Effectively communicate with all departments.
- Other duties as assigned by leadership.
