Chief Financial Officer

The client, a renowned social services non-profit organization, is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to partner with the Executive board in driving the mission-driven organization towards achieving results. The organization focuses on transforming lives by providing essential services such as housing, healthcare, food, and employment to individuals and families in need. Key responsibilities for the Chief Financial Officer role include strategic leadership, financial planning and forecasting, broad-based financial management, developing and maintaining a reliable cash flow projection process, overseeing fiscal departments and banking relationships, managing fund-raising activities, and implementing operational improvements in financial infrastructure, processes, systems, and third-party support agencies. The successful applicant will be a proven Controller or Chief Financial Officer with a track record of success in the nonprofit sector, with experience in social services and / or affordable housing.
