- We’re looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Director who thrives on uncovering insights, shaping budgets, and guiding leadership decisions.

- What You’ll Do Build and maintain budgets, forecasts, and financial models that drive decision-making.
- Analyze revenue, expenses, and profitability trends across multiple markets and business units.
- Deliver clear, actionable insights to leadership.
- You’ll help steer the business, not just report on it.
- Partner with operations and general managers to connect financial performance to real-world drivers.
- Produce dashboards, reporting, and variance analysis that highlight opportunities and risks.
- Lead scenario planning (seasonal trends, promotions, events) to anticipate what’s ahead.
- What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA a plus). 8 to 10 years of progressive experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or related functions.
- Strong Excel and financial modeling chops; ERP and BI tools (Sage, Power BI, Tableau) a big plus.
- Excellent communication skills.
- You can explain the “why” behind the numbers to both executives and operators.
