job_description.job_card.job_descriptionProvide expert nursing care for patients undergoing Stem Cell, BMT, and CAR-T therapies. Monitor patient conditions and communicate effectively with physicians and transplant coordinators. Support and educate patients and families throughout treatment. Collaborate with ICU and interdisciplinary teams to ensure excellent outcomes. Up to $20,000 sign-on bonus Relocation assistance (in addition to the sign-on) Frontloaded PTO Employer-supported 401(k) Tuition assistance for continued education Low nurse-to-patient ratios (1 : 2 or 1 : 3) Team-based care model in a cutting-edge oncology specialty Active RN license (Arizona or compact state) Prior experience in Stem Cell, BMT, or CAR-T preferred Strong clinical judgment and communication skills Compassionate, calm presence that aligns with our team’s culture
