POSITION
SUMMARY : The
Superintendent 3 is responsible for field operations on the project(s) assigned
in order to achieve safe, timely and profitable completion of each project.
This position must demonstrate strong leadership, organizational and time
management skills, as well as strong communication and client service skills.
MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
All responsibilities expected of the
Superintendent 2
Participates and executes roles to help create an
Injury-Free Environment through own actions and mentoring of others
Direct day-to-day on-site supervision of field labor
force
Review and approve Trade Contractor Pay Applications
and material invoices with Project Manager
Develop and maintain site logistics plan, in
coordination with Project Manager
Development / coordinate / execute Safety, Hazcom, SWPPP,
QA / QC plan, etc
Attend and lead portions of, if not all of project
meetings, including but not limited to preconstruction, preinstallation,
subcontractor, owner and safety in coordination with the Project
Manager
Assist with Preconstruction / Estimating phase of
project
Assures necessary permits are secured and inspections
occur
Responsible for conducting
themselves in accordance with our Guiding Principles and exhibiting
attributes matching the Way We Work.

revisions, and recognizing changes of scope and need for pricing
Able to effectively lead teams through projects of
medium to greater complexity
Exhibits the ability to manage a team with 1-2
Assistant / area superintendents
MINIMUM
QUALIFICATIONS :
Bachelor's Degree- Construction Management, Engineering or
equivalent. May substitute required education degree with related
experience on a one-to-one basis
Has led at least 1-3 projects or run several complex medium-sized
projects to be determined by regional operations
