Office Type : Hybrid (in-office Monday–Wednesday, remote Thursday–Friday)

Salary : $160k – $230k + competitive equity + benefits

Backed by $30M from top-tier investors , the company is building AI-powered tools that dramatically reduce administrative burden for healthcare providers. Already supporting 20,000+ clinicians , generating 70,000 patient notes daily , and surpassing $11M ARR in just one year , they are scaling quickly and expanding their product suite to make healthcare delivery more efficient and rewarding.

What You Will Do

Lead technical execution on one of the company’s core AI-driven product teams.

Design and build end-to-end product features , from backend systems to polished user experiences.

Drive architectural decisions that enable scalable, reliable, and high-performing systems.

Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Contribute hands-on to development while mentoring and leveling up other engineers.

Help shape the technical vision and culture of a growing, high-impact engineering team.

Ideal Candidate Background

7+ years of professional software engineering experience.

Proven track record of building and shipping SaaS products (B2B or B2C).

Strong proficiency with TypeScript, Node.js, React, SQL, and Git .

Solid understanding of CS fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, distributed systems).

Experience in both startup and big tech environments is highly valued.

Product-focused mindset — you think about how technical decisions impact end users and business outcomes.

Excellent communication skills; comfortable working in a collaborative hybrid team environment .

Preferred

Experience applying LLM / AI technologies in real-world products.

Familiarity with HTML, CSS, HTTP, VS Code, or Cursor development tools.

Background in healthcare or other mission-driven industries (not required but nice to have).

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary : $160,000 – $230,000
