Senior Vice President of Finance

A company is looking for a Senior Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the company's core financial processes including annual plans and forecasts

Partner with the CFO to formulate strategy and growth plans

Prepare financial presentations and conduct analysis of operating results

Required Qualifications

Minimum 15 years of progressive FP&A experience, with at least five years as a corporate FP&A leader

Experience in software and SaaS industries, with IPO experience preferred

BA / BS Degree required; MBA and CPA highly preferred

Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling

Demonstrated experience with GAAP and financial reporting
