Project Executive – Austin, Texas

$1bn Hyperscale Data Centre

$240,000 - $260,000 + bonus & benefits

Blue Fox has partnered with a leading mission-critical general contractor delivering one of the most ambitious data centre builds in the United States — a $1 billion new-build hyperscale campus near Austin, TX .

We’re seeking a Project Executive to take full commercial and operational ownership of this landmark project, leading a first-class team through design, construction, and delivery.

The Role

As Project Executive , you will :

  • Lead project delivery for a large-scale hyperscale data centre campus (multiple buildings / 100+ MW).
  • Oversee all construction phases — from preconstruction through commissioning — ensuring schedule, quality, and cost targets are achieved.
  • Drive client engagement, reporting directly to the Owner’s Rep and key stakeholders.
  • Manage internal project teams and subcontractor relationships across civil, structural, MEP, and architectural disciplines.
  • Ensure alignment with safety, compliance, and sustainability standards across the programme.
  • Champion collaboration and high performance across design and field operations.

The Ideal Candidate

You will bring :

  • 10–15+ years of progressive construction leadership experience, ideally within mission-critical, semiconductor, or advanced manufacturing environments.
  • Proven track record delivering large-scale ($500M+) new build projects .
  • Strong technical understanding of MEP systems, commissioning , and data centre design requirements .
  • Exceptional client-facing, leadership, and commercial acumen.
  • Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
