About Us :

We’re a fast casual seafood spot with a full-service bar. Whether folks are coming in for a quick bite or hanging out at the bar, we’re all about creating a fun, relaxed experience that still delivers top-notch quality and service. We’re growing and looking for a hands-on, motivated Restaurant Manager to lead the charge and keep things running smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing :

  • Run the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and bar.
  • Lead and support the team—hiring, training, scheduling, and coaching.
  • Make sure guests have an awesome experience every time.
  • Maintain food & drink quality, cleanliness, and safety standards.
  • Watch over the budget, labor costs, and sales goals.
  • Work with the kitchen and bar teams to roll out new items and seasonal specials.
  • Be a team player and lead by example—especially during busy shifts.

What We’re Looking For :

  • At least 3 years of restaurant management experience (fast casual or full-service is a plus).
  • Solid bar knowledge and experience running bar operations.
  • Great leadership and communication skills.
  • Someone who knows how to handle budgets and hit goals.
  • A people-first attitude with a passion for great service.
