We’re growing and looking for a hands-on, motivated Restaurant Manager to lead the charge and keep things running smoothly.
What You’ll Be Doing :
- Run the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and bar.
- Lead and support the team—hiring, training, scheduling, and coaching.
- Make sure guests have an awesome experience every time.
- Maintain food & drink quality, cleanliness, and safety standards.
- Watch over the budget, labor costs, and sales goals.
- Work with the kitchen and bar teams to roll out new items and seasonal specials.
- Be a team player and lead by example—especially during busy shifts.
What We’re Looking For :
At least 3 years of restaurant management experience (fast casual or full-service is a plus).Solid bar knowledge and experience running bar operations.Great leadership and communication skills.Someone who knows how to handle budgets and hit goals.A people-first attitude with a passion for great service.What You Get :
