As a Workday Integrations Consultant at Kainos, you'll lead a team of specialist integration consultants on a project, ensuring the successful delivery of integration solutions for the cloud based Workday HCM and Financials systems, including PSA.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of specialist integration consultants on projects, ensuring the successful delivery of Workday integrations for HCM and Financials systems (including PSA).
• Work closely with customers to lead the integrations workstream, scope and gather requirements, document, implement, deploy and support integration solutions using the Workday integration platform toolset and studio builds.
• Build strong relationships with customers to understand requirements, ensure the integration solution is aligned to their needs, fit for purpose, and commercially viable.
• Contribute to guiding, developing and educating others within the Workday practice on Integrations.
