Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time School Psychologist position is available within a K-12 educational setting located in Plattsmouth, NE. This role offers the opportunity to work with students from Pre-K through 12th grade, with flexibility regarding the specific age range served. The contract covers the full school year, starting in August, with typical work hours from 7 : 30 AM to 4 : 00 PM.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for students to identify learning needs and support requirements.
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop individualized education plans and intervention strategies.
  • Provide counseling and mental health support to students as needed.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute expertise on student development and behavioral interventions.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with school policies and regulatory standards.

Qualifications and Experience :

  • Valid certification or license as a School Psychologist.
  • Experience working with K-12 populations preferred, including knowledge of developmental stages and challenges across age groups.
  • Strong assessment and diagnostic skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with educational staff, families, and external service providers.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
