What You'll Do?

Lead : Oversee multiple luxury home builds from start to finish—on time, on budget, and up to the highest standards.

Mentor : Guide your team with integrity and foster a positive, high-performing work environment.

Coordinate : Communicate with homeowners, subcontractors, and vendors to keep every project on track.

Manage : Schedule and align manpower and subcontractors effectively.

Champion : Ensure strict compliance with OSHA, MIOSHA, and Birchwood safety standards.

Problem-Solve : Navigate challenges with confidence and smart decision-making.

Quality : Review blueprints, conduct shop drawing reviews, and maintain impeccable attention to detail.

What You Bring

A successful track record managing residential construction projects.

Hands-on knowledge of framing, finish carpentry, and residential construction.

Proficiency in BuilderTrend, Microsoft Office Suite, and construction technology.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Experience with job cost reports, AIA billing, and budgeting.

Knowledge of local and state building codes.

College degree in Construction Management (preferred).

5+ years in residential project management.
