A company is looking for a CareIQ Coordinating Supervisor to oversee operations and staff related to healthcare service coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Direct day-to-day operations and ensure quality of services provided

Establish and monitor employee performance goals, providing support and training as needed

Evaluate staffing levels and handle productivity and referral reports to meet customer expectations

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred

At least 2 years of related experience, with progressive leadership preferred

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required
