About The Position

Job Title : Physical Therapist

Hours per Shift : 8 : 00 am - 4 : 30 pm

License : License in Georgia

Certifications : Required certifications in PT

Must-Have Skills / Experience :

Evaluation and treatment of neurology, orthopedics, and geriatric populations.

Description : ASAP start required.

Neuro or inpatient rehab experience is preferred.

Facility consists of a free-standing, two-story building with 40 beds.

Patient ratios are 4-6.

Equipment includes Bioness Vector, Senaptec, Neuro VR, Lite Gait, Standing Frame, Tilt table, Car simulator, Chattanooga tower, NuStep, and Omnicycle.

Electronic health record system is EPIC (read only) and UDS Pro Doc Rehab Connect.

Supervisor is a licensed Physical Therapist with a Doctorate degree.

Patient population includes adults, geriatrics, and those with neurology, orthopedic issues, debility, amputations, and critical illnesses.

Experience with GG Quality Indicators is preferred.

Common diagnoses and treatments include CVA, hip fracture, and debility.

Ideal candidate is down-to-earth, enjoys fun interactions with patients and coworkers, and has a good sense of humor.

Required education is a Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.

First day reporting time is 8 : 00 am, and the scrub color is any.
