A company is looking for a Workday Talent Acquisition Analyst to support the strategic and operational sustainability of Workday within the Talent Acquisition function.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary liaison to the Workday HRIS team, ensuring alignment of recruiting processes with system capabilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
Monitor and improve recruiting workflows and support data integrity and reporting needs across Talent Acquisition systems
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required
Three years of experience in full-cycle recruitment and Talent Acquisition operations
Hands-on experience with Workday Recruiting and expertise in other technologies such as CRM
Experience with data reporting and visualization tools
Workday certification in Recruiting or Reporting preferred
