• Responsibilities
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain Chevrolet and Buick vehicles
• Perform routine maintenance services (oil changes, tire rotations, brake services, and more)
• Use OEM service information and tools to accurately identify issues
• Communicate findings and recommendations to customers
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Adhere to safety policies and shop procedures
• Document service and repairs in the dealership management system
• Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a certified automotive technician (OEM, NYS or applicable state certification / ASE required)
• Experience with Chevrolet and Buick vehicles is a required
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret OEM service information
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Valid driver's license
