What You'll Do :
- Manage and approve work orders, estimates, and invoices to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Drive productivity by coordinating tasks, dispatching jobs, and assisting technicians as needed.
- Collaborate with the parts department to ensure timely and accurate parts availability.
- Lead by example-hire, train, and mentor employees to build a strong, motivated team.
