As a Client Service Supervisor at Sago, you will be responsible for overseeing the facility operations and managing the Client Service Representatives. Your main goal will be to ensure that client needs are met and projects are successfully completed. This is a full-time position, offering a competitive hourly rate.

Your key responsibilities will include :

• Supervising the Client Service Representatives
• Communicating daily with the Supervisor / Facility Manager
• Managing client projects
• Unloading and supervising digital files
• Reviewing menu sheets and ordering food
• Printing and unloading incentive checks / cards for each respondent
• Compiling and sending reports
• Communicating with other markets and sending updates as required
• Ordering panel and office supplies if necessary
• Tracking inventory levels and informing the Facility Manager if needed
• Performing other duties as assigned
