A company is looking for an Associate Technical Support Engineer (Eastern or Pacific Time).
Key Responsibilities
Review and handle customer inquiries, using established triage processes to resolve less complex issues
Collaborate with other teams to escalate high-priority or complex tickets appropriately
Educate customers through ticket responses and join calls to gather information and address issues
Required Qualifications
2+ years in a technical role, troubleshooting and resolving issues with various technologies
Experience with Windows, macOS, Linux, networking (TCP / IP, DNS, Wireshark, SSL), and third-party security agents
Ability to prioritize and escalate customer issues effectively
Positive attitude and proactive approach to enhancing customer experience
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS and Azure is preferred
