    • What We Expect :

  • A valid electrician license with residential, commercial, and lead experience youve been in charge, not just along for the ride.
  • Confidence reading and working from blueprints and schematics .
  • Physical stamina to work safely and effectively in a variety of jobsite environments.
  • A clean, active drivers license (no suspensions in the last 3 years well verify).
  • Willingness to work occasional Saturdays during busy seasons when the work is flowing, so is the overtime pay.
  • Strong communication skillsrespectful with customers, reliable with teammates, and dependable when following directions.
  • Zero tolerance for disrespect, laziness, complaining, or dishonesty. We thrive on accountability, respect, and problem-solvingnegativity doesnt fit here.
  • Pride in your craft this is A+ work and extreme customer service for our valued customers, and thats how we like it.
