About the Role
As a Field Service Technician, you'll be the go-to technical expert ensuring our rental equipment performs at its best-whether in the Williston, ND shop or out in the field. You'll play a vital role in keeping customers up and running by diagnosing issues, performing preventative maintenance, and making repairs that exceed expectations. Safety, quality, and customer satisfaction are at the core of everything you do.

What You'll Do
Install, test, maintain, and repair rental equipment both in-house and at customer sites.
Diagnose technical issues and resolve them efficiently-or collaborate with team experts when needed.
Deliver hands-on customer support, including training users on proper equipment care.
Maintain accurate service records using modern tools and systems.
Travel to customer sites, support on-call rotations, and adapt to seasonal overtime as needed.
Always put safety first-on the road, in the shop, and on customer sites.
What You'll Bring
3+ years of technical experience in equipment service, field maintenance, or a related area.
Great communication skills-you can explain technical issues clearly to customers and teammates.
A safety-first mindset and proven track record of working responsibly in shop or field settings.
CDL certifications is a plus.
A clean driving record to be verified through MVR
Ability to travel 50-75%
REIC and all affiliates operate as drug-free environments, which includes marijuana. A pre-employment drug screening that tests for THC and other drugs, as well as a full background check, is required of all newly hired employees.
