Position : RN-ER-Emergency Department (Travel / Contract)
We're hiring experienced RN-ER-Emergency Department for a 13-week contract in Duluth, Georgia — earn up to ($1705 - $1795 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities
Provide high-quality emergency care to patients in the ER.
Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient treatment.
Participate in continuous professional development and training programs.
Monitor and assess patient conditions, reporting changes to physicians.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records for effective treatment.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Utilize data and metrics to improve patient care and department efficiency.
Educate patients and families on health conditions and care plans.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and healthcare regulations.
Engage in performance reviews to identify areas for personal growth.
Assist in emergency preparedness and response planning.
Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
Experience / Qualifications
Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Georgia.
Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
Minimum 2 years of experience in an emergency department setting.
Strong ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
Capability to administer medications and treatments accurately.
Proficient in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
Excellent communication skills for patient and team interactions.
Demonstrated ability to maintain detailed and accurate patient records.
Ability to analyze and utilize data to improve patient care.
Knowledge of hospital safety and emergency preparedness protocols.
