Mail Room Assistant

As a Mail Room Assistant you'll process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.

• Collect outgoing mail / packages, affix proper postage and prepare for receipt by postal agent.
• Arrange for pick-ups of all overnight / express mail by delivery agents.
• Sort incoming mail / parcels and distribute to proper recipients.
• Track and record volume of mail for reporting purposes.
• Maintain mail room equipment and supplies.
• Report equipment malfunctions and repair / correct when possible.
• Very proficient with Microsoft Suite and Google applications
