Beck Automation, a division of The Bradbury Group , is hiring a Controls Technician to help build, program, and support custom control systems for industrial machinery. If you're passionate about automation, enjoy variety in your work, and want to be part of a team that sees projects through from start to finish — this is your opportunity.

What You'll Do :

  • Write and troubleshoot PLC and HMI programs
  • Design electrical schematics
  • Commission new equipment at customer sites
  • Integrate robotic systems and motor controls (servo / VFD)
  • Collect and analyze machine data
  • Collaborate with customers and team members
  • Lead small project teams during field startups

What You Bring :

We can teach some of the skills, but experience with the following is a big plus :

  • RSLogix Studio 5000
  • HMI screen development
  • AC / Servo motor control
  • Electrical panel design
  • Robotic programming and safety
  • Ability to manage and support project milestones

    • Travel :

  • Average 20–25% , mostly weekdays
  • Receive per diem + travel compensation (~$150 / day)
  • Company-paid travel

    • Education :

  • Associate degree in a technical field (or equivalent experience)
