As a Security Officer - Industrial Patrol in Spartanburg, SC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas at a manufacturing and industrial location, maintaining a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents. You will conduct routine patrols, engage with employees and visitors, and provide outstanding customer service through clear communication. Mon 10 : 00 PM - 06 : 00 AM

Tue 10 : 00 PM - 06 : 00 AM

Wed 10 : 00 PM - 06 : 00 AM

Thur 10 : 00 PM - 06 : 00 AM

Fri 10 : 00 PM - 06 : 00 AM

What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education

Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams

Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service

Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, assist with emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help maintain order within the manufacturing and industrial location.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.

Monitor entrances, exits, and other key areas to help to deter unauthorized access and report any suspicious behavior.

Document and report security-related incidents, hazards, and maintenance needs observed during patrols.

Collaborate with site management and Allied Universal team members to support a secure and welcoming environment at the location.

Remain alert and approachable while on patrol, ready to provide guidance or assistance to employees and visitors as needed.

Availability across various days and shifts

Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments

A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company

Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements :

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
