Work Schedule : Monday - Thursday (7 : 00am - 4 : 00pm), Friday (7 : 00am - 1 : 30pm)

How You Will Make an Impact : The New Patient Consultant plays a vital role to the success of CCRM Fertility’s network. As the first point of contact for the majority of potential new patients, this position is critical in setting the tone for the new patient experience.

What You Will Do : The New Patient Consultant is responsible for assisting new patients in initiating their CCRM Fertility journey, understanding their options, and ensuring a seamless transition into care. This role will serve as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers, providing information on the physicians and the CCRM patient experience, and registering patients into the electronic medical record system. The New Patient Consultant will report to the Business Office Manager.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee will interact with others, sit / stand at a desk, work on a computer, and spend prolonged periods preparing and analyzing data and figures. CCRM’s Compensation : The salary range represents the national average compensation for this position. The base salary offered will vary based on location, experience, skills, and knowledge. The pay range does not reflect the total compensation package. Our rewards may include an annual bonus, flexible work arrangements, and many other region-specific benefits.
