Minimum Qualifications

Power System Engineer

Graduation with a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in Engineering, plus five (5) years of experience related to engineering.

Power System Engineer Senior

Graduation with a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in Engineering, plus seven (7) years of experience related to engineering.

Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in the State of Texas; or ability to obtain within one year if licensed in another state.

Additional Information

This is an exempt (salaried) position. Overtime is not provided.

Work Schedule & Travel

Position classified as essential, requiring availability during emergencies, including after hours, holidays, and weekends.

Travel to multiple sites may be required, depending on the candidate's driving eligibility.

Salary & Hours

Pay range is commensurate; hours are Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 a.m. - 5 : 00 p.m.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in electric distribution design, construction, project management, and coordinating multiple projects.

Responsibilities & Skills

Responsibilities include engineering design, project coordination, and supporting distribution asset management. Must demonstrate relevant knowledge and skills for the role.

Additional Requirements

Must pass a criminal background check.

Ability to meet travel and schedule requirements.
