Corrosion Control Technician (Night Shift)

The corrosion control technician is responsible for the production tools and applications of various coating systems for asset protection. This technician will comply with quality corrosion expectations, identifying / removing / treating corrosion in preparing components for painting. This fast-paced environment requires the ability to perform painting and adhere to a tight schedule.

Responsibilities :

• Sandblast to acceptable industry standards
• Operate spray coating equipment to industrial and commercial standards
• Operate air tools, pressure feed tanks, and airless pumps
• Quality brush and roll industrial and commercial coatings
• Corrosion control on carbon steel / stainless steel using pneumatic air tools, needle guns, and scalers
• Safe operation of aerial platforms, forklifts, and heavy equipment
