Launched as a contracting market in 2013, aptitude reduces the cost of healthcare and accelerates strategic supply chain partnerships by allowing providers and suppliers to explore opportunities, streamline execution and improve performance.

Summary :

In this role, you will provide analytical and operational support for various financial processes, with a strong focus on transaction forecasting, auditing, rebate payout processes and business intelligence. You will manage recurring financial reporting requirements while also supporting data validation, business initiatives and ad-hoc analytical projects.

Responsibilities :

Manage monthly, quarterly and annual transaction forecasting processes.

Query data from internal systems; analyze results to identify trends, generate insights, and validate findings.

Prepare and review reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.

Communicate financial updates, trends, risks and opportunities to leadership to support strategic decision-making.

Develop, implement, and maintain business intelligence reports to support forecasting and operational decisions.

Work with multiple data sources and across business lines to identify opportunities, improve processes, and develop new capabilities.

Deliver customized analyses leveraging internal and external datasets (both structured and unstructured).

Lead small projects with manageable risks and resources needs to ensure quality and timely delivery.

Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to effectively manage expectations.

Work independently to perform analyses and develop data-driven solutions based on thorough research.

Support special projects and other assignments as needed.

Qualifications

Relevant degree preferred.

5 or more years of relevant experience required.

Experience with a GPO, healthcare provider, or distributor / manufacturer preferred.

Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and SQL skills preferred; experience with VBA / Macros preferred.

End-user experience with Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics preferred.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high-quality results with minimal supervision.

Flexible, action-oriented team player.

Estimated Hiring Range :

At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $68,500.00 to $116,300.00.

This position is also incentive eligible.
