Job Type : Full-Time or Part-Time
Pay : $75.00 – $80.00+ per hour (commensurate with experience)
Expected Hours : 32 – 40 per week

We’re looking for a Supervising Pharmacist who is more than just clinically sound—you’re a leader, operator, mentor, and problem solver .
We are looking for a pharmacist with an OWNER'S MIDSET. You take ownership of the day-to-day pharmacy operations , ensure regulatory compliance , inspire your team, and deliver an excellent patient experience. This is a role for a pharmacist who wants to lead from the front while driving clinical excellence and business growth .

Pharmacy Leadership & Supervision : Oversee daily pharmacy operations and supervise pharmacy staff and techniciansMicroMerchant (PrimeRx) Oversight : Ensure optimal use of our pharmacy management systemCompliance & Quality Assurance : Ensure full adherence to state and federal pharmacy laws, HIPAA, and quality standardsPatient Experience : Foster a patient-first culture by delivering empathetic, thorough, and timely careInventory & Financial Stewardship : Monitor inventory, manage COGS, and ensure the financial health of the pharmacyTraining & Mentorship : Mentor technicians and interns; facilitate continuous educationBilingual Communication : Fluency in Spanish preferred to better serve our diverse communityQualifications
PharmD or Bachelor of Pharmacy degreeActive New York State Pharmacist License (in good standing)At least 2 years of experience in a retail pharmacy ; supervisory or lead pharmacist experience strongly preferredExperience with MicroMerchant / PrimeRx (strongly preferred)Fluent in English; Spanish fluency is a plusStrong leadership, communication, and decision-making skillsPassionate about team development and process improvementBenefits
