Job Summary :
The Senior Manager, IT Performance leads a team dedicated to enhancing IT effectiveness and demonstrating business value across the organization. Key responsibilities include establishing IT performance goals and metrics, leading monthly leadership meetings, and developing a comprehensive strategy for tracking and analyzing IT performance. This role also involves driving automation, facilitating Gartner Maturity Assessments, and operationalizing the three-year IT Roadmap to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
Essential Functions :
- Collaborate with IT leadership to establish clear performance goals and metrics that align with the organization's strategic objectives.
- Engage with cross-functional departments to ensure alignment on performance objectives and facilitate communication regarding IT initiatives and their impact on the organization.
- Lead and facilitate executive-level meetings to discuss performance metrics, strategic initiatives, and progress toward departmental goals, fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for tracking and analyzing IT performance metrics that aligns with organizational goals and drive business value.
- Establish a robust framework for monitoring IT performance, analyzing data to identify trends, and providing actionable insights to enhance departmental effectiveness.
- Prepare and present regular reports on IT performance metrics, progress toward goals, and strategic initiatives to senior management and stakeholders.
- Create ad hoc reporting to support leadership decision-making, providing timely and relevant data to inform strategic choices.
- Oversee the automation of the ServiceNow time tracking setup, driving efforts to identify efficiencies that enhance demand and capacity management reporting while streamlining the end-of-month financial cycle.
- Lead and facilitate Gartner Maturity Assessments to evaluate current IT capabilities and identify areas for maturity, ensuring alignment with industry standards.
- Spearhead the operationalization and communication of the three-year IT Roadmap, ensuring cross-functional initiatives align with organizational goals and incorporate input from senior leaders and finance to drive maturity improvements and investments.
- Drive initiatives to mature IT processes and practices, focusing on continuous improvement and the adoption of best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to the team, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation, accountability, and professional growth while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Mentor and support the professional development of team members by providing training and resources that enhance their skills in performance management and strategic thinking.

Education and Experience :
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Equivalent years of relevant work experience may be considered.Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in IT and / or business analysis, demonstrating a strong understanding of IT operations and performance managementMinimum of three (3) years of management experience is requiredPrevious management experience with responsibility for delivering IT services in a large enterprise or consulting organization is preferredPowerBI experience is requiredCompetencies, Knowledge and Skills :

$110,800.00 - $193,800.00 CareSource takes into consideration a combination of a candidate's education, training, and experience as well as the position's scope and complexity, the discretion and latitude required for the role, and other external and internal data when establishing a salary level. In addition to base compensation, you may qualify for a bonus tied to company and individual performance.
