What you’ll be doing
Encourage positive relationship building & Promoting IndependenceElevate employee relations concerns to supervisor. May assist supervisor on special projects.Transportation and Participation in Community ActivitiesProvide leadership, direction and support to staff on shift in coordination with the supervisor. This may include, but not be limited to scheduling, training, compliance, on-call pager, and administrative supports.Personal Care / Assistance with Activities of Daily LivingMedication Administration / Health MonitoringCooking / Meal Prep / Dietary SupportJob Requirements
Minimum Education required :Bachelors degree with 2 years experience in applicable setting
