Responsibilities
- Manage projects working closely with Sr. Estimator
- Create material lists and fixture lists
- Quote materials
- Order materials
- Request Submittals
- Budget materials, labor and equipment
- Estimate and send change orders
- Manage job schedules
- Organize project hard folders and computer folders
- Set up projects through email
- Attend job site meetings
- As-built drawings / closeout docs
- Collaborate with project coordinator and field Superintendent
