Title : Special Education Teacher

Location : Little Rock, AR

Onsite / Virtual : Onsite

Position Type : Full Time Direst Hire

Working Hours : 7 : 15-3 : 30, from Monday to Friday

Student Age Group : K - 6th Grade

Case Load : 12-15

Responsibilities : Special Education Teacher

Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for students with disabilities.

Assess students' needs and design lesson plans accordingly.

Collaborate with other educators, parents, and community resources to ensure comprehensive support for each student.

Track and report students' progress.

Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of each student.

Qualifications : Special Education Teacher

Teaching and instruction skills as a Special Education Teacher for grades K-6.

Strong communication skills.

Patience, empathy, and a passion for inclusive education.

Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field; relevant certifications preferred.

Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of educators and support staff.
