We are seeking a Market Medical Director for Baltimore—a clinically accomplished, mission-driven physician leader ready to drive real change. In this role, you will :
Lead and coach primary care providers (PCPs) and care teams in delivering exceptional care.Foster a culture of accountability, learning, and professional development.Engage with patients, families, and community partners as a trusted clinical voice.Maintain a small patient panel to ensure hands-on care and model best practices.What Sets This Role Apart?
Manage smaller patient panels for deeper, more meaningful care.Work within a fully capitated model that aligns your success with patient health.Lead through direct observation and data analysis, embedding our EAT values in every aspect of care.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver whole-person care.Qualifications
Required :
MD or DO with active or eligible licensure in Maryland.Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine.At least 8 years of clinical experience, including work with medically complex seniors.Minimum 5 years of clinical leadership experience.Strong communication and team-building skills.Preferred :
Experience in fully capitated Medicare Advantage or global risk models.Knowledge of HEDIS, STARS, CAHPS, HOS, and RAF scoring.Experience integrating behavioral health and social determinants into primary care.Keywords :
