LOCATION : Medina Center of Health and Rehab Degree : Complete an associate's degree from a program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE). Exam : Pass the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE). TN Licensure : All states require a PTA to be licensed or certified, which includes passing the NPTE. Some states may have additional requirements, such as a state-specific jurisprudence exam or a background check. Pay Packages are all inclusive, built on 40 HRS / 13 weeks and subject to confirmation and other fees not defined by facility.
