We are looking for candidates with direct experience working in a community hospital medical staff office. The ideal candidate has handled committee meeting management (scheduling, agendas, minutes), ED call scheduling, physician walk-ins and inquiries, and backlog data entry into ECHO . It s critical to note that we are not looking for candidates whose experience leans heavily toward centralized credentialing (CVOs), payer enrollment, or compliance audits. This role is operational and hospital-based not credentialing-focused. Please prioritize candidates who have worked in community hospitals, supporting medical staff services and direct physician-facing tasks.
