Life International Academy is seeking an energetic, earth-loving Elementary Teachers to guide a small, multi-age class Grades (KG-3rd) (4th-6th) in a progressive learning environment. Your Role & Responsibilities

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.

– At least 4 years of experience in a progressive educational setting.

– Knowledge of Montessori philosophy, PBL, and multi-age classroom management.

– Strong ability to design and implement innovative curriculum focused on life-based learning.

– Comfortable using Google Classroom, Transparent Classroom, and Microsoft Office.

– Passion for sustainability and outdoor learning, including participation in our school garden.

– Excellent communication & collaboration skills with students, parents, and colleagues.

– Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and pass a background check.
