Speech Language Pathologist PRN

Independence Rehab is seeking a PRN Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our dedicated therapy team at Cascades at Galveston , a respected skilled nursing facility on the beautiful Texas coast.

🧠 What You'll Do

As an SLP in our SNF setting, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference by :

Evaluating and treating communication, language, voice, and cognitive impairments

Conducting dysphagia assessments and interventions

Collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to develop individualized treatment plans

Educating patients, families, and staff to support successful outcomes

⚙️ Position Details

Status : PRN (Flexible scheduling - you choose your availability!)

No minimum hours required

Opportunities to pick up additional PRN hours at nearby facilities

🎯 Requirements

Current Texas SLP license

CCC preferred

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

Strong organization skills and genuine compassion for the geriatric population
