Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced UKG Advanced Scheduling Classroom Trainer to support our healthcare provider client in the enterprise-wide rollout of UKG Advanced Scheduling. This trainer will deliver both in-person and virtual training sessions for end-users, aligned to multiple waves of training deployment. The role is critical in ensuring staff across the enterprise are fully prepared to adopt UKG Advanced Scheduling as part of the clients workforce management transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging classroom and virtual training on UKG Advanced Scheduling functionality to clinical and non-clinical staff.
- Facilitate multiple waves of end-user training sessions aligned with enterprise rollout milestones.
- Adapt and deliver training to diverse audiences, including schedulers, managers, and frontline healthcare staff.
- Collaborate with instructional designers and training leads to review, refine, and align content with organizational workflows.
- Support training logistics, including scheduling, attendance tracking, and feedback collection.
- Provide coaching and reinforcement to super users and departmental champions to drive adoption.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of the clients UKG Advanced Scheduling build, workflows, and configuration.
- Collect learner feedback and provide recommendations for continuous improvement of training delivery.
Required Qualifications
Proven experience delivering UKG Dimensions / Advanced Scheduling training (instructor-led and virtual).Prior healthcare experience, preferably in a hospital or multi-site provider environment.Strong facilitation and classroom management skills, with ability to engage large, diverse groups.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to tailor content to technical and non-technical learners.Proficiency with virtual training platforms (Zoom, Teams, WebEx, etc.).Ability to travel to client sites for in-person training sessions as needed.Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting enterprise rollouts of workforce management or scheduling systems.Familiarity with change management principles and adult learning methodologies.Knowledge of clinical and operational workflows within a healthcare setting.Certification or formal training in instructional design, adult learning, or training facilitation.
