Ability to problem solve in a positive, productive manner Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates genuine concern for improving customer quality of life Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards Ability to exhibit patience, empathy, and express assurance and confidence Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills 6+ months of healthcare experience Support members with their pharmacy benefit plans through inbound calls Assist with prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail-order prescriptions Provide solutions to simplify healthcare experiences for members Service a variety of clients and call types in a dynamic, evolving business environment Gain exposure to healthcare while expanding career opportunities within Client Take inbound calls to assist members with questions regarding their pharmacy benefit plans Provide guidance on prescription coverage, mail order prescriptions, and available healthcare options Ensure members understand their coverage and assist in resolving issues Deliver excellent customer service through professionalism, empathy, and effective communication Maintain compliance with HIPAA and government regulations Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.
