Experience Camps is a national nonprofit that transforms the lives of grieving children through no-cost summer camps, year-round programs, and a culture-shifting movement to normalize childhood grief. Our vision is a world where every grieving child has the support they need to thrive.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We're seeking a strategic and creative Content Manager to lead the planning, development, and execution of compelling content across all channels. Reporting to our Director of Marketing and communications, this role sits on the Marketing + Communications team and works cross-functionally with Development, Program, and Operations teams to drive campaigns, boost engagement, and elevate brand equity through high-quality storytelling.

This is an ideal role for someone who combines editorial savvy with project management expertise, thrives in a collaborative environment, and has a passion for using content to inspire action and build community.

RESPONSIBILITIES

STRATEGY & PLANNING

• Develop and manage a content calendar aligned with donor campaigns, brand moments, and large initiatives / launches
• Work with cross functional teams to support departmental goals around fundraising, event sign up, hiring, and more
• Help strategize concepting and execution of key campaigns
