Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, the Production Supervisor plays a key leadership role overseeing a team of 610 associates across production, calibration, and testing / quality assurance. Operating within a value stream structure, this role offers full ownership of the BGC (biogeochemical) product linesfrom start to finish. You'll be the driving force behind daily operations, ensuring seamless coordination, high-quality output, and continuous improvement across the entire product lifecycle.

This position is part of the Manufacturing & Operations team located in Bellevue, WA and will be onsite.

The compensation range for this role is $90,000 - $100,000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.
