A company is looking for a Customer Experience Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Lead escalated case resolution by managing high-priority requests and coordinating with internal and external partners
Facilitate inter-departmental collaboration to ensure cohesive problem-solving across various teams
Drive continuous process improvement by conducting root cause analysis and implementing targeted training for staff
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years' experience in financial services, including back-office or broker-dealer environments
Demonstrated ability to solve complex, multi-faceted problems
Strong problem-solving attitude with the ability to operate in situations with incomplete information
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
Proficiency with broker-dealer systems is a plus
