As a Metrology Specialist on our Quality Assurance team, youll use your expertise in calibration and inspection to ensure everything meets the highest standards. What Youll Do

• Calibrate & Maintain :

Administer and maintain calibration systems for a variety of equipment (torque tools, oscilloscopes, RF antennas, force / thread gauges, etc.), ensuring compliance with AS9100 and ISO 17025 standards.

Keep calibration inventory systems current; schedule and coordinate on-site calibrations.

Enforce calibration, FOE / FOD (Foreign Object Elimination / Debris), and ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) policies across the facility.

Perform inspections at various production stages (incoming, in-process, and final); review documentation and generate inspection records.

Request and review calibration service quotes; create purchase requisitions using quality and ERP systems.

Assist engineering, operations, and quality assurance activitiesincluding the QA lab.

Ready tools for external calibration and assist with logistics.

Carry out additional QA lab and calibration-related duties as assigned.
