What You Bring to the Team :
High school diploma or GED equivalent; bachelor's degree preferredMinimum age of 21Valid driver's licenseD.O.T. physical and maintain a medical card, which will be paid for and scheduled by the companyAbility to frequently lift 50-100 pounds occasionally (below shoulder height)Experience in sales or retail (preferred)Ability to learn and follow a processComputer proficiency and the ability to operate apps and emails on cell phonesKey Tasks :
We set you up for success! After completing comprehensive training, Route Sales Support Specialists provide support to franchisees, company stores, and Franchise Performance Team operations.
Route Sales Support Specialists have the full support of the Snap-on management team, and are regularly reviewed for progression opportunities within the Franchise Performance Teams. With solid performance, they are typically progressed quickly through additional roles in the field sales organization. We value your education and experience, and consider candidates from diverse backgrounds. Their responsibilities include :
Conduct franchisee inventories and advise demonstrate and coach best inventory management practicesConduct route surveys properly and in accordance with qualitative and quantitative criteria as set forth in the survey guidelines as established by Snap-onService open routes including but not limited to selling, collecting receivables and servicing customers in those open routesAssist with priority service issues such as, but not limited to :New franchisee tool-upsSales meeting set-up or preparation of materialsConduct assigned segments of meetings or trainingTool and equipment show assistanceBroken tool replacementsCheck-in of terminated franchiseesTool returnsIndividual Characteristics and Competencies :
Interest in developing and fostering ongoing relationshipsExcellent customer service skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsInterest in salesInterest in toolsSalary Range : $40,000-55,000. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, location, and other factors.
