Mortgage Processing / Admin Clerk

Mortgage Processing Assistants will assist the Processing teams with all administrative tasks (scanning, filing, putting paper work together). They will be reaching out to internal employees via phone for information on borrowers. They will be working in multiple systems and working a large pipeline of loans.

• Communicating with third party companies for loan information retrieval

• Check verification of employment for potential home owners / borrowers

• Additional Skills & Qualifications

Open to any Financial Services experience. Mortgage is preferred

• 1 year of any financial services experience
• 3+ yeas of administrative / date entry skills
• Strong professional writing skills
• Ability to move from system to system
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to operate independently from task to task
• Financial / Banking experience (not needed, but huge plus)
• Ability to work in fast paced environment

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00 / hr.
