Strategic Leadership : You know how to develop and implement sound financial strategies, create robust internal controls, and drive operational efficiencies. Cross-Functional Partnership : You're a natural at collaborating with different teams and translating complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for business leaders.

You'll spend your days crafting financial strategies and implementing cutting-edge systems that will bring this dream to life. This is your chance to merge your financial expertise with a genuine passion for building something from the ground up, all in the service of reconnecting people with the natural world and each other.
This position is located in the Sheridan, Indiana area. Relocation assistance can be discussed after roughly 6 months of employment.

What We're Looking For :
We need a proven financial leader with a strong background in :
A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required, and a CPA is a plus. While experience in the entertainment, zoo, university, or real estate development sectors is ideal, we're open to alternative backgrounds if you can demonstrate a clear track record of success in similar roles.
