The firm provides guidance in areas such as business litigation, IP, labor and employment, and general transactional matters. Base pay range

$170,000.00 / yr - $210,000.00 / yr

Job Details

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Litigation Partner to join our dynamic legal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a broad spectrum of business-related litigation cases, including complex commercial disputes. This is a permanent full-time position, offering a unique opportunity to work on challenging, high-stakes litigation matters for a diverse client base.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of litigation, including discovery, depositions, motions, trial preparation, and trial strategy.
• Provide strategic advice and counsel to clients on all aspects of business litigation, including risk assessment and litigation avoidance.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and work diligently to understand their business objectives and legal needs.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to ensure the provision of high-quality legal services.
• Represent clients in court, before government agencies, or in private legal matters.
• Conduct legal research and analysis, and prepare legal documents, such as contracts, pleadings, briefs, and appeals.
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients, where appropriate.
• Participate in business development activities, such as networking events, seminars, and conferences.
• Mentor and train junior attorneys and paralegals.
• Stay up-to-date on current legislation and regulations that may affect the firm's clients.
